Wisdom, the Midway Albatross, by Darcy Pattison and illustrated by Kitty Harvill  has WON the 20th Annual Writer’s Digest Self-Published Book Awards, in the children’s picture book category.

Wisdom was reviewed HERE at Kid Lit Reviews on March 27, 2012.

Wisdom looks like a classic publishing job, from any of the Big Six.. The text and the illustrations are top notch.

Interesting side note: Wisdom is 62 years old and a NEW MOMMY!
